• Strategy consulting – Consulting of public institutions and companies through the preparation of strategy papers, communication concepts and the structuring of processes. In principle, Jost de Jager advises clients at all levels – authorities and institutions at the municipal and state level, development cooperation institutions as well as advising foreign government institutions on policy reforms.
• Policy Advice – Supporting decision-makers of companies in the health, energy and urban development in their political positioning and M&A activities. This can include strategy workshops as well as strategic and tactical preparation for board meetings and public appearances (Corporate Affairs Advisory).
• Introducing – Jost de Jager supports long-standing business partners in networking and acquisition projects. The focus of the joint work is on establishing references to content and providing impulses to each other.
